These English style paring knives come with an edge but will require a final sharpening prior to use.  Be sure to select the proper "handed" knife (image shows Right-Hand).

Made from AISI 1085 Carbon Steel

Hint:  Rap the handle with leather or some other non-slip material to make the knife more comfortable.
